Today's Yoga Class:

Starting asana: Savasana - Corpse Pose. Letting go, relaxing, breathing, observing.1. Welcome! Take your time, notice everything, breathe into each asana,
modify when needed & practice often, that's how you get results!
2. Yoga is good for: mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
Notice the positive changes that occur in your life
from practicing regularly!
3. Tip for your yoga practice in between classes:
The "best" time to practice is when you can be consistent & regular.
Personally, I strive to practice after I wake up. Guaranteed, my day is better
every time I practice in the morning! My mind becomes clear, sharp,
I am more alert, I am physically prepared for my day, and I can respond
to the day's tasks, challenges and stresses, with a calm mind,
to make the best decisions and actions.
4. Today's Yoga Words:Sakshi Bhava: The ability to observe oneself and maintain a state of continuous awareness.
It means having a witness attitude, being aware of the self and everything around us,
not only in meditation, but also in day-to-day life.
Santosha: Contentment or satisfaction.
This is the second niyama (virtue) described in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras,
which emphasizes the importance of finding joy and peace in the present moment,
regardless of external circumstances.
